“Procedure” on Friday morning

Not to fill your inboxes this week, but here I am again.

This time, I’m here to ask for prayers and positive thoughts for my “procedure” on Friday morning.

I’m set for a 6:00 a.m. arrive, 7:30 procedure time, to have stents placed in both ureters. I will be under general anesthesia, which alone makes me nervous. The tumors around the site give all of us (including the surgeon) pause, but I’m hopeful that they can work between those. I have to actively keep my thoughts on the positive. Luckily, I’ve had lots of practice with this. And a good medical team on board.

Thank you for any good wishes and visualizations and spiritual support that you can send my way. I appreciate your being there with me.

Love and blessings,
Marie

  4. Dearest Marie
These last three entries have been nothing short of amazing ! What and how you managed the ER personel, how you have taken the news of the stents on the ureters and your incredible Energy to write. I learn so much reading all your blog posts and keeping in touch on all fronts.

I loved the Cipro story so much. It’s a drug that I know too intimiately but your experience was priceless 🙂 . So , I explain myself re the Cipro.
I was born with a double kidney system and a double ureters system – so this is the weak part of my body. Every time I am sick it is in that area. I have had the stent — you are going to be great and I am praying they can work around the new tumors. I think you can totally do this and with flying colors !

I also so appreciated the “glass of wine ” story . I don’t drink much but have a similar reaction when I have more than one glass of anything. But I love that you just had a good time and didn’t worry. You totally earned it ❤️🍾!

Praying for a successful surgery tomorrow.

    With love and affection
    Steph

  5. I might not always answer your post, Marie but I always read it and send a blessing.

Lots of love (you are the most courageous woman I know!)
